Bookings
Services, prices and available times are shown through the C³ booking system. A booking is confirmed only when the required booking payment succeeds and a confirmation is issued. Delicate, unusual or out-of-area work may need manual review.
Service limits
We do not promise that every stain can be removed. The final method depends on the fibre, construction, condition and access found at the job.
Payment
The booking payment is shown before payment. The remaining balance is due after the completed work unless a written commercial agreement says otherwise.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
