Who we are
C³ Carpet Clean Co is the trading name of C3 Carpet Clean Co Pty Ltd. We are based in Sunshine, Victoria and clean carpets in selected Melbourne postcodes. Contact us on 0483 694 598 or bookings@bookc3.com.
Bookings
Services, prices and available times are shown through the C³ booking system. Your fixed price is shown before you confirm. A booking is confirmed when you accept the booking policy and tap Confirm, and we send you a confirmation email. Delicate, unusual or out of area work may need a quick review first.
Payment
Nothing is paid up front and nothing is paid online. You pay the fixed price after the completed job by EFTPOS, card or cash, unless a written commercial agreement says otherwise.
Service limits
We do not promise that every stain can be removed. The final method depends on the fibre, construction, condition and access found at the job.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Complaints
Tell us first: call 0483 694 598 or email bookings@bookc3.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au for privacy matters, or Consumer Affairs Victoria for a service dispute.
