What we collect
We collect the contact, address, access, service and payment details needed to quote, schedule and complete a booking. Rug or job photos are optional unless a safe service decision needs them.
How we use it
We use booking details to show services and availability, schedule the work, take the booking payment, send service emails and keep required operational records. Marketing messages require separate consent.
Website analytics
Google Analytics runs only if you allow it. It shows us which pages and booking steps are used. Contact, address, job and payment details are not sent as analytics events. You can change this choice from Analytics settings in the footer.
Booking and payments
C³ uses your booking and contact information to arrange and deliver your clean. Supabase stores booking records, Stripe securely processes card payments, and Resend delivers booking emails. C³ does not receive complete card details.
Website hosting
Vercel hosts our website and may process basic technical information needed to securely deliver it. Access to booking information is restricted to authorised staff and the service providers needed to operate your booking.
Your choices
You can ask to correct your details or ask how they are handled. Required financial and booking records may need to be kept for legal and operational reasons.
