Retention and where information is stored

We keep booking, contact and financial records for as long as needed to deliver the service and to meet our tax and legal record-keeping obligations, then delete or de-identify them. Supabase stores booking records in Sydney, Australia. Vercel (our website host) and Resend (our email provider) may process information on servers located in the United States. We only use service providers who are contractually required to protect your information.

Complaints

Tell us first: call 0483 694 598 or email bookings@bookc3.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au for privacy matters, or Consumer Affairs Victoria for a service dispute.
